It all began in 2009 when renowned dancer and choreographer Kevin Mylrea, a finalist from Season 1 of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, and Director Sheu Fortunato found themselves on a plane, deep in conversation about the intricate world of professional dance. They pondered how to inspire and motivate the next generation of dancers by connecting them with the best young talent in the country. This pivotal moment sparked the creation of iDance Convention, a platform dedicated to fostering the growth and passion of aspiring dancers.

 

We proudly unite top finalists from So You Think You Can Dance Canada and USA with the industry's most esteemed international faculty from SDF Dance Tours, from Paris, London Barcelona, Lisbon, Athens and now Hawaii.
